Food For Thought is a series of online debates focusing on the food we eat and how that food is produced and distributed. As part of the series, Debating Europe will interview politicians, farmers, environmental campaigners, consumer rights activists, scientists, and people from all points along the food supply chain, from farm to table.
What do Europeans think about food? Does organic food really make a difference? Should Europeans eat less meat? Should shoppers only buy locally-grown food? Is the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy a waste of money? Should school meals be free?
These questions, plus many more, will be addressed in a series of debates over the coming months.
