Only half of Europeans in the workforce today are considered ‘digitally skilled’. Yet over 90% of jobs today require these digital skills. Meanwhile, despite sky-high unemployment levels, there could be more than 800,000 unfilled vacancies in Europe’s ICT sector by 2020.
